Mysa Movement in Wodonga offers a holistic approach to health and fitness by combining Yoga, Mat Pilates, Weights, Functional Fitness, and Well-Being support.
Our group classes, seminars, and programs are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity in a welcoming, supportive community.
We understand the pressures of daily life and believe it’s essential to nurture both your body and mind. Our classes encourage you to become stronger, less stressed, and more in tune with yourself. Our yoga practice focuses on cultivating self-awareness and compassion, rather than achieving perfect poses or emptying your mind—helping you slow down and connect deeply within.

“Mysa” is a Swedish word meaning hygge—a cozy, warm feeling like a big hug. It’s about relaxing, stepping away from stress, spending quality time with friends, and savoring life’s simple pleasures with all your senses.

Meet Leanne
My goal is to bring Yoga into the lives of people who wouldn’t normally step foot in a Yoga studio. I believe yoga should feel accessible, supportive, and practical—something that meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or learning to slow down.
With 10 years of yoga teaching experience, I’m qualified in Vinyasa, Restorative Yin, and Yoga Shred, and I love helping people experience how Yoga and Fitness work together to build both physical strength and mental wellbeing. My classes focus on mindful movement, functional strength, and the connection between body and mind.
My work is also shaped by a background in client care and trauma-informed support, including:

8 years in administration for Counselling & Psychology services

Almost 2 years working with Behaviour Practitioners on intensive programs

This experience allows me to teach with empathy, clear communication, and a focus on making yoga safe, approachable, and empowering for every person—regardless of experience, ability, or background.
